All Sales Are Final

Because we sell age-restricted tobacco and related products, all orders are final. Here’s what that means and how to make sure your order is right before you buy.

All sales at Best Native Smokes are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds, because the products we sell are age-restricted and consumable. Please review this policy and check your order carefully before you complete your purchase.

Why all sales are final

Tobacco, nicotine and cannabis products are age-restricted and meant for consumption, so for health, safety and legal reasons they can’t be resold once they leave our facility. That’s why, like most retailers of these products, we operate on an all-sales-final basis. It keeps every product that reaches a customer sealed, untampered and compliant.

Check your order before you buy

Since orders can’t be returned, we recommend taking a moment before checkout to:

  • Confirm the brand, flavour, strength and pack or carton size.
  • Check the quantity and your total.
  • Make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • Confirm you’re of legal age to order (19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec).

Problems with your order

While all sales are final, we still want your order to arrive as expected. If your package arrives and something seems wrong with the delivery itself, reach out to us with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll look into it with you. Contacting us quickly gives us the best chance to help.

Order cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away and we’ll let you know whether it’s still possible before it ships.
