How and where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect, with fast, discreet delivery across Canada.
We ship native smokes and all our products Canada-wide in plain, discreet packaging with tracking. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and the age checks that apply to every order.
Where we ship
We ship to every province and territory in Canada, including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, the Atlantic provinces and the territories. We ship within Canada only, and we do not ship internationally.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed quickly, usually packed the next business day after payment clears. Delivery time then depends on your province and the courier. Most Canadian orders arrive within a few business days, with remote and northern addresses taking a little longer.

Shipping cost
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, so you’ll see what it’ll cost before you pay. Buying by the carton or in bulk is the most cost-effective way to order, since shipping is per order rather than per pack.
Age verification on delivery
Because we sell age-restricted products, every order requires proof of age. You must be of legal smoking age to order, which is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The courier may ask for government-issued photo ID on delivery, and packages aren’t left unattended where age can’t be confirmed.
Discreet packaging and tracking
We package every order in plain, unbranded packaging, so there’s nothing on the outside that’ll show what’s inside. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Delays and disruptions
Most orders arrive on time, but there’s the odd delay during peak periods, severe weather, or postal disruptions. If a major disruption hits, we’ll do our best to keep orders moving and we’ll keep you posted. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusually long time, reach out and we’ll help.
